| DESCRIPTION | The South Central Wisconsin Chapter Harley Owners Group #5547 will offer the Bystander Assistance Program, a crash course for the motorcyclist. It will be held at the Beloit Memorial Hospital Occupational Health and Sports Medicine Center, located at 1650 Lee Lane. It will begin at 9am and last till 4:30pm. The cost is $25, a discounted rate given to HOG members and covers class materials, patch, and completion card. Registration is limited to 30 people so make your plans ASAP. | |
