| DESCRIPTION | The Polar Bear Grand Tour is a group of 500 to 600 motorcyclists who ride their motorcycles during the winter. They take this tour every Sunday to various areas in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Sign in for the rides is from 11:30am till 1:30pm.
