| DESCRIPTION | The 3rd Annual NOVA Cool Cats Biker Run will be held to benefit the NOVA Cool Cats Special Hockey Team, which exists for the enrichment of athletes with developmental disabilities. The ride will be held July 1, 2007, with a rain date set for August 5, 2007. Registration begins at 8:30am at Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue, located at 20688 Ashburn Road in Ashburn, VA. A pancake breakfast will be served at 9am and the ride leaves at 10am. It will travel about 100 miles through the countryside of Northern Virginia. The ride will end at 2pm at the Ashburn Pub, located at 44110 Ashburn Shop Plaza in Ashburn Village. The cost is $30 per rider and $20 per passenger. This includes pancake breakfast at the Ashburn Fire Department and lunch at the Ashburn Pub. Non riders can have breakfast or lunch for $10 each. Extra hands can be purchased for $5. Prizes will be awarded to the three best poker hands and drawings will be held for door prizes. | |
