| DESCRIPTION | A Ride for Rose will be held July 7, 2007. It is a fundraiser for Rose Shrader, a 21 year old South Putnam graduate and life long Putnam County resident. She was in a car accident and became quadriplegic. The money raised will go towards an operation to help her gain mobility. There will be events going on from 9am till 7pm at South Putnam High School in Greencastle, IN. Registration for the motorcycle ride is from 9am till 11am and cost $20 for one or $35 for two. Poker hands are $5. Registration for the car and bike show will be held at the same time. The cost is $10 per vehicle and prizes will be awarded at 6pm. Other events the day will include are food and drink, games and activities for the kids, music and entertainment, a 50/50 drawing, and raffles. A rain date is set for July 14. | |
