The Importance of Disabled American Veterans to Our Nations Veterans
Injuries suffered during military service sometimes take years to manifest
or can go years before being diagnosed.
Many veterans have injuries that go untreated or are uncompensated because
they do not understand how to work with the Department of Veterans
Affairs. Thanks to the DAV’s free services veterans can get the help
they need.
