| DESCRIPTION | The 2nd Annual Back-2-School Backpack Run will be held August 4, 2007. It is being hosted by Circle of Friends MC, Maple House, and Westside Youth. The event will begin at 10am at the Westside Youth Center, located at 1709 7th Street in Mendota, CA. The cost is a donation of one new school backpack with the following school supplies: notebooks, pencils, and crayons. Rulers, erasers, small pencil sharpeners, safety scissors, and Elmer's glue may also be included. The main ride will travel to the Westside Youth Center from the Maple House, located at 330 North Maple Street in Fresno, CA, at 9am. Riders should meet there between 8:30am and 9am. There will be a BBQ, drinks, contests, and prizes. | |
