Ride with the Wild Ones
Lions, Tigers and Bears, and Wolves, too!
Join the Northern Lights Chapter of Women in the Wind for an 70-mile ride
across the REAL NORTH where Wisconsin and Michigan border the shores of
the Menominee River. The ride starts in Marinette, Wisconsin and ends in
Wallace, Michigan where you can see real lions, tigers and bears at the
DeYoung Family Zoo.
The ride goes beyond exotic animals, too, because you'll be riding through
the one county in Wisconsin known for having the most waterfalls of
anywhere else in the state. Join us for a great and memorable ride! Sunday,
August 17,
Registration begins at 9 am,
Ride leaves at 10 am,
Cost: $10, Dave’s Falls Park $3, DeYoung Family Zoo $7,
All Riders and All Cycles Welcome.
Ride fee includes zoo and falls entry,
Ride start: City Limits Marathon, Corner of State Highway 180 and Highway
64 at Marinette, Wisconsin,
Rest stop: Dave’s Falls in Dave’s Falls Park just south of Amberg on
Hwy. 141 (estimated arrival time 11am)
Ride end: DeYoung Family Zoo, North 5406, County Rd 577, Wallace, Michigan
