DESCRIPTION		We would like to invite you to be a part of a growing Northeast Ohio event, the sixth annual RIDE FOR THE RED - SEPTEMBER 21, 2008 This road rally is a benefit for the American Red Cross serving Summit & Portage counties and the City of Wadsworth. In 2007 more than 1600 riders participated and we raised over $47,000. This year, we expect to have 2000+ riders participating and hopefully raise $55,000+. On September 21, 2008, WONE Radio will air a live from the American Red Cross Summit County Chapter, at 501 West Market in Akron, beginning at 11am. Then at 1:30pm the motorcycle parade pulls out onto West Market Street (escorted by the Akron Police Department) to begin an 1 hour scenic ride in and around Summit County ending at LOCK 3 in downtown Akron for FOOD, T-SHIRTS, RAFFLES, DOOR PRIZES and a LIVE AUCTION!
