Benefit for Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriff’s Memorial
Fund, which benefits law enforcement officers that are injured or killed
in the line of duty. 70-mile Poker Run starts at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna
Niguel goes to the Sheriff’s Academy, Tustin and then returns through
Santiago Canyon to Dana Point. Participants receive a continental
breakfast from The Ritz-Carlton, t-shirt, ride pin, and, at the conclusion
of the ride, there is a celebration luncheon, music, games, and lots of
prizes at Brio Tuscany Grille. Pre-registration fee $40 per rider; Day-of
registration $50 per rider. Check-in and on-site registration 7:30 AM to
9:00 AM at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel located at One Ritz-Carlton
Dr., Dana Point, CA 92629. Pre-register before September 1st. For more

Last year’s ride featured more than 600 men and women riders and raised
more than $50,000 for the Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriff’s
Memorial Fund. Additionally, over the past few years, more than $8,000 was
raised for U.S. Marines and their families stationed at Camp Pendleton.
Each year the Cruisin’ for the Good Life ride is supported by motorcycle
enthusiasts from around southern California as well as by local business
professionals, community leaders, elected local and state leaders, judges,
members of the District Attorney’s office, and local and state law
enforcement officers.

Event hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
EXHIBITOR SETUP INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
• Exhibitor/Vendors pull-in and set up time between the hours of 8:30
a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at Brio Tuscany Grille parking lot, 2450 Camino Del
Avion, Dana Point, CA.
• Event Team will choose all exhibitors locations to create a balance
flow of spectators. Please check in with Event Coordinator for assigned
space location.
• No towed trailers allowed in vendor area for set up, other than on
Sunday, September 21 2008. Towed trailer and vehicles must be moved no
later than 11:00am to designated/backup parking area.
• Your exhibit space/booth should be self-contained/free standing. You
will be located outside on paved asphalt or concrete. We do not supply
tables, chairs and/or canopies.
• You cannot extend out of your paid space. Other exhibitors/vendors,
car and bike displays could be located directly on either side and or
possibly behind you. Walk lanes/fire lanes will be in front of you
(partitioned if required by Fire Marshal). Trailer hitches, tow bars,
ramps and opening doors must fit and open in your paid space. YOU CANNOT
EXTEND INTO THE WALK WAYS.
• Exhibitor and vendor take down…immediately after close of event on
Sunday, September 21 2008or after 4:00 p.m. You will be responsible for
clean up of your own space and taking any trash to the dumpsters.
Exhibitors/Vendors and bikes or cars on display agree not to breakdown or
leave before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• Exhibitors/Vendor space refunds…payment in full required to reserve
your space. We will refund 75% of your prepayment if you cancel prior and
up to September 17, 2008 after which no refunds will be extended. No
refund due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or
cancellation by a government agency. We have no rain date planned at this
time. We will do whatever we can to insure this event will take place as
planned.
• Cruisin’ for the Good Life would like to request that each vendor
donate a raffle prize for the event. Raffle prize will be collected by
event coordinator between 10:30 and 11:00am.
