PAST EVENT - Charity Ride for Jerrys Kids

The 29th Annual ABATE/Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Ride for “Jerry’s Kids” will take place on Sunday Sept. 6 at the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds, where hundreds of motorcycles will gather at 8 a.m.

All motorcycle types and brands are welcome to be a part of the 46-mile escorted “parade of bikes,” which will travel through various parts of South Bend, as well as North Liberty and Walkerton. The ride leaves the fairgrounds at 12 p.m.

The “parade of bikes” will return to the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds for an afternoon of food, fun and entertainment. Element and Oslo will be warming up the crowd for the headliners: SALIVA and TESLA. For non-riders, the gates open at 2:30 p.m. All ages are welcome.

Admission is a minimum donation of $35 and there are no advanced ticket sales.

Those planning on joining the “parade of bikes” should pick up an event flyer at Freedom Cycle, Hoosier Harley Davidson, McDaniel’s Harley Davidson, North End Cycle or any motorcycle retailer.
