DESCRIPTION	The Chili Cook Off and Mardi Gras Party will be held on Silver Eagle Harley Davidson in Waterloo, Iowa (IA) Beginning at 10am until 3pm. It will be $5 for a Bowl of Chili. There will be an Open House with Sales, Contests, and more. Think you have the best Chili Recipe? Bring your best Chili for the Contest or just enjoy all the Chili!!
