DESCRIPTION	The 2nd Annual Chilly Chaps Ride will be held on February 21, 2010 at the High Desert Harley Davidson in Meridian, Idaho (ID) Meeting at 10am, with Kickstands up at 11am. Entry fee is Free, with Free Patches to the first 100 Riders. There will be a Ride ending back at the Dealership, where everyone will enjoy Cornbread and Chili.
