DESCRIPTION	The 4th Annual Christmas in July will be held on July 18, 2009 at the Tanger Outlet Mall Parking Lot in Terrell, Texas (TX) Bring an Unwrapped Toy for the Children, and enjoy the ride to the Shelter to present the toys to the children - help bring the a smile to the faces of the children.
