DESCRIPTION	The annual Cowley County Toy Run will start at 11:20a.m. on November 14th, 2009 at Island Park in Winfield, KS. We will depart at 1:00p.m. sharp. Local law enforcement will provide an escort to the Agri-Business Building in Arkansas City, KS. There will be door prizes and a dinner available after the ride also. Ride buttons are now available. This event is open to anyone, whether you drive two or four wheels. All porceeds are for the youth of Cowley County and each participants should donate 1 unopened toy for the less fortunate kids of Cowley County. Come join the fun.
