PAST EVENT - Diver Memorial Fund Ride

The "Diver Memorial fund ride" is to celebrate and remember a great man who put his heart into the PGR and starting the Rosemount American Legion Riders organization and restarting the Sons of the American Legion. .....

In 2008 it was the dream of Tom (Diver) Funari to start the American Legion Riders (ALR) at Post 65. Diver faithfully solicited people interested in the Riders and planned the inaugural ride of the ALR in September of 2009. Diver passed away shortly after that inaugural ride and was not able to see his dream come full circle. Each year the Riders will designate who will receive the proceeds from this ride.

The members of the Riders have continued what Diver started and have chosen to dedicate the proceeds of this First Annual Fundraising ride in honor of Diver. For 2010 ALL proceeds will go to Diver’s family.

Please join us for a fun filled day of riding and remembering. The day will start with a buffet style breakfast and ending with an All American Hamburger/Hot Dog dinner and Karaoke entertainment. Enjoy the company of many friends and family Hope to see you all there. Ride Costs: $25.00 per Rider and $10.00 per passenger.
