DESCRIPTION	2009 FOMT Poker Run 3rd Annual F.O.M.T. Poker Run Sunday, August 23rd Starting and Ending at Pub Yahoo @ The American Legion 570 S. Gary Ave. Carol Stream, IL 60188 $20.00 per Rider, $10.00 per Passenger Registration between 9:30am and 11am Last Bike out by Noon Route: TBD Entry Fee Includes: The Run, Dinner after the run, Live Entertainment, Door Prizes and More!! All money collected by F.O.M.T. will be donated to the Friends of Katie Thiele Fund in order to help with her medical expenses. KATIE'S STORY: Katelyn Thiele was born with a translocation of chromosomes. This translocation has caused major delays in her fine and gross motor development. She is five years old and is still unable to sit up unattended. She does not speak, walk or crawl, but has a smile and a laugh that will melt your heart. Because of her developmental delays, Katie attends several therapy sessions per week. Although Katie has medical insurance, many of her items for her care are not covered.
