DESCRIPTION	Kevin was home on leave from Iraq, when he had a motorcycle accident that took my sons life. Airman Kevin A. Cogar, Jr. was only 19 years old. I am his mother, and I have an Alumni Memorial Scholarship Fund in Kevin's name. This Scholarship is given each year to a student from the High School that Kevin graduated. Oah Hill High School.
