PAST EVENT - Newton Professional Firefighters Fun Run

In cooperation with Big Barn Harley Davidson of Des Moines, Newton Association of Professional Firefighters will be hosting a “fun run” July 24th with ALL PROCEEDS going to Blank Children’s Hospital Cancer Center.

We will be starting at the Izzak Walton League in Newton, travelling up to Baxter, Melbourne, Haverhill and Kellogg in a poker style run event. Each participant will receive two raffle tickets somewhere along the way that will be eligible for some real nice prizes at the conclusion of the run.

The event will end with Standing Hampton performing on stage, a meal and the awarding of a brand new Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle.

Ride is a $10 donation and the BBQ/Band is $30 per person or $50 per couple. The raffling of the Harley is NOT included in the run, but we are only selling 1000 tickets and they are only $50.00 each. Local 1457 members are not eligible to win any of the prizes (including the Harley).
