DESCRIPTION	16th Annual ROT Motorcycle Parade held on Friday. ROT Parade as the Longest Parade of Motorcycles known to man. Austin Police Department will be escorting the parade for 11-mile. The Parade will end at Texas's capitol building on Congress Avenue where thousands of people wait for you to come. There will be a festival after the parade.
