DESCRIPTION	A memorial run leaving Neumann's bar @ 10am in N. St. Paul, Mn then heading through Wis. and ending @ the Chisago Roadhouse tavern in Chisago City, Mn. This event is a benefit for the Richard Crittenden Memorial Fund . Monies raised goes to 1 local scholarship a year for a senior of the North St. Paul high school, Fellow officers families emergencies, etc. This run is for a fallen officer Rick Crittenden.
