PAST EVENT - Spring Ride South for Easter Seals

The Spring Ride South is in its 3rd year. It started out as a weekend get away for myself, my best friend and my step sons. In the second year it went from 3 riders to 7 and I told them that I wanted to make it bigger and I wanted to do the ride for a charity.

The Easter Seals is the charity of choice as my mother was a volunteer there in the 80's. Last year I surprised everyone with t-shirts with a logo for the ride and can koozy's. This year I have been collecting donations and have the shirts, koozy's, bandana's, and other items already paid for.

With the help of the marketing director at Easter Seals we have been on the radio getting the word out about the ride. There is a fee to go on the ride, the Thursday before we leave for the ride there will be a hog roast, with a live band, silent auction, raffles, 50/50 drawing and more.
