DESCRIPTION	The Inaugural Bikes for Boomer Motorcycle Ride is scheduled for Sunday, September 26 and will start and end at Bannerman’s Sports Grill – 858 S. Route 59 in Bartlett, Ill (60103). The event benefits the Leukemia Research Foundation. Registration is $20 per bike and $15 per passenger. Riders will meet at Bannerman’s at 9:00 a.m. for registration. The first bike leaves Bartlett at 10:0 a.m. sharp for a 100-mile ride, rain or shine. To learn more about the Leukemia Research Foundation, visit www.leukemia-research.org. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Thomas “Boomer” Angarola passed away in July, 2010. He was first diagnosed with leukemia in 2004 and had a bone marrow transplant in 2005. All bikes are welcome in the fight to cure leukemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers.
