DESCRIPTION	GWRRA Chapter D's Festival of Lights will take place December 11th, 2011. The festival will be located at Beacon Elementary School in Montesano, Washington. Bike decoration will start at 10:00am and end at 4:00pm. The parade line-up will be at 4:30pm. There will be a pot luck after the parade, as well as other fun activities.
