PAST EVENT - Motorcycle Awareness Ride 4th Annual

This is a ride designed to bring awareness to the fact that MOTORCYCLES ARE EVERYWHERE! Take this opportunity to stand together to show just how many bikes are sharing the road with other motorist. This will be a chance for our numbers to be represented to the public. 

Nine Ozarks area motorcycle riding organizations will join together on April 17th to lead the 4th Annual Motorcycle Awareness ride through the Ozarks. The theme of the ride is "Can You See Me Now?" The area riding groups represented are: American Legion Riders, Bikers Against Dumb Drivers, Christian Motorcycle Association, Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, Freedom Of Road Riders, Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Lady Cruisers of the Ozarks, Lake Country Riders, and Springfield Retreads. 

The ride starts at Remington’s parking lot, 1655 W Republic Road, Springfield, MO. 

Registration will begin at 12:00 with the ride starting at 1:30 p.m. The 75 mile route will proceed from Remington’s through the towns of Nixa, Ozark, Springfield, Willard, Republic, and end at American Legion Post 639, 2660 S Scenic in Springfield, MO. There is no cost for participation and free T-shirts will be provided as available. There will be food and drinks available for purchase at the end point, American Legion Post 639, and music by Tuck & Abney. All bikes are welcome.
