PAST EVENT - Music and Motorcycles

Hope all is well in these hot summer months. I am sending you this letter to invite you to our first annual Music and Motorcycle event. Mo Biz Entertainment is hoping to have you along as a sponsor in this event which will be held at The Wardell Leach Park in Yazoo City Mississippi. This event was thought out by James Purnell of Mo Biz Entertainment to bring music and Motorcycles together on the same day. There will be giveaways and live music (blues, country, R&B, etc.) throughout this event. We are planning this event for Saturday October 9th 2010, from noon until 9 pm. We are asking you as a sponsor to donate gifts(gas cards, gloves, tools, or any other biking apparel) or money to help make this event a great success.

Our sponsorship packages are designed to fit your budget weather it’s fifty dollars or five thousand dollars all sponsors logos will be placed on the sponsorship banner which will be displayed at this event. Major sponsorship which is five hundred dollars or more will put your company logo or name in all advertising from fliers, radio,TV and newspaper ads, and will also allow 4 tickets to get into this event.

Vendors are welcome to this event. So if you are a vendor sponsor your fee is set at $125.00 which gives you a 100 square foot booth space to display and sell your merchandise. Food vendors are also welcome to come and be a part of this event. We will be hosting a BBQ contest so vendors make sure your sauce is the best and your meat is fresh.
