PAST EVENT - NJVC Poker Run - 2nd Annual

This is a poker run to benefit Laptops for the Wounded. LFTW supplies military hospitals with webcam equipped laptops for the soldiers to use while recuperating so they can stay in touch with
family and friends. Quite often, the hospitals have very few, if any laptops, so these laptops keep the soldiers in touch with the outside world. This is crucial to their recovery. For more information, go to laptopsforthewounded.com.

They are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Poker hands are $20 each, top prizes are 2 round trip airline tickets, 32" & 19" flat screen tvs. We have 70 raffle prizes, tickets are $1 each, and $1 50/50 tickets. Ride is about 88 miles, to MD, WV, and back to VA, with 3 stops along the way. Registration is from 9-11 AM, behind shopping
center.
