DESCRIPTION	1/22/2011 Registration at 9am We will have a chili cook-off with $1,000 in cash prizes and a CASI Cook-Off. Cindy Reed Wilkins of www.CinChili.com will be there with her award-winning chili and books to sign. She is the only person to ever win the Terlingua International Chili Championship 2 consecutive years. We will also be having a motorcycle swap meet on 1/22/11 as well. 10x10 spots will be $20 per spot. We will take registrants until we are full. There will also be a booth manned by Independence Harley-Davidson that will sell your part for a small fee; you can walk around and enjoy the festivities.
