Parade starts at the World�s Largest HOOTERS in Dallas� West End. Concert at Cowboys Dancehall � Arlington, TX. All proceeds benefit the S.R.V. Memorial Scholarship Fund established by Martha Vaughan, Stevie�s mother. $20 advance / $25 day of event.
