PAST EVENT - Teddy Bear Ride

When: November 7, 2010 (Always the 1st Sunday in November)
Time: 8 am - Registration, 10:30 am - Ride
Where: IKEA to CACCC
Complimentary hot breakfast for riders generously provided by IKEA.Music provided by "Piece of My Heart" from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. This escorted motorcycle parade will leave at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from the IKEA parking lot in Frisco and travel to the CACCC in Plano (2205 Los Rios Blvd.) to deliver an all important passenger, a teddy bear. That teddy bear will then find a home with a child who has visited the Center to tell their story of abuse. The Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County’s mission is to provide safety, healing and justice to children victimized by neglect or abuse.

Each year people line the roadways and overpasses to watch this unique parade of motorcycles.
