PAST EVENT - Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5255

The event will begin at 9:00am and end at the VFW located at 368 S. Clayton St. in Lawrenceville, adjacent the intersection of Scenic Hwy 124 and Grayson Highways. We have scheduled a five stop loop-ride for a projected 300 participants, with a rain-day scheduled on May 7th. We will have food & beverages, 50-50 ticket drawing, live music, a silent auction, and local vendor sales booths on the property. Prizes for participants with the best poker-hands will be awarded following the ride, at approximately 5:00pm.

We will accept all donations, but want to encourage sponsorship and participation. Sponsors will be recognized with event t-shirts and a plaque. Sponsorship will be recognized at three levels, Bronze ($100), Silver ($500), and Gold ($1000). Booth plots, (20’x20’) in the grass, are available for a $25 contribution; asphalt spots $50. We would also like to encourage local businesses to donate items or services for our silent auction. Contributions are IRS eligible as the Veterans of Foreign Wars is a non-profit 501(c)(19) organization.
