The Love Ride 26 - Silver Anniversary will be held on October 25, 2009 in Glendale, California (CA) All specific details are still in the works, Continue to check in every now and then for updated information.
The California Bike Week will begin on October 23rd and continue through the 25th.
The love ride story begins in 1981 when the Harley-Davidson dealership of Glendale California decided it was time to make a difference. They began with a small Biker Carnival behind the dealership. After 2 years and only $4,500 dollars raised for the event it was time to step it up a notch.
In 1984 the Love Ride was born and a success! During its first run it gathered almost 500 bikers in California and continued to grow. Over the years it has became the Largest One-Day Motorcycle Event in the nation as well as the Largest Charity Benefit as well. It's attendees now reach in 35,000 and is expected to grow again this year.
Last years entertainment provided such hits as the Foo Fighters and ZZ Top. Be sure not to miss this amazing event for its annual fundraiser.
