the horse backstreet choppers announces third sturgis bike show

STURGIS, S.D. June 30, 2009-- After the success of last year's show, The Horse Backstreet Choppers will bring its third annual The Horse Backstreet Choppers Bike Show to a new venue this year, The Full Throttle Saloon, during Sturgis Bike Week 2009. This FREE show will be held Monday, August 3rd, 2009 and will feature guest judges, door prizes and giveaways, a burnout pit, live music and beautiful women. No registration fee or entry fee, this is a completely free show this year.

The Horse's mission is to recognize all hard-core, garage-built backstreet choppers, all owners are encouraged to enter. Open FREE registration will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the winners will be announced at 5 p.m. This year's panel of guest judges will feature Billy Lane of Choppers Inc., Paul Cox of Paul Cox Industries, Bill Dodge of Bling's Cycles, Eric Gorges of Voodoo Choppers, Athena "Chickie" Ransom of Vagabond Choppers, Keino Sasaki of Keino Cycles, Chuck Palumbo of C P Kustoms, Roadside Marty and Jeff Cochran of Sucker Punch Sally's.

"We are excited to have moved across the street to the Full Throttle," said Steve Broyles, who is heading up this year's show. "Last years show was a great success so we expect even more great built bikes to show up this year."

Those who enter their bikes in the show will have for a chance to win an Evil Engineering Belt Drive or Baker Drivetrain 6 speed transmission and thousands of dollars in other door prizes. But of course, no Sturgis event would be complete without great bikes and great babes, so be sure to cast your vote in the wet T-shirt contest that will take place on the main stage at the Full Throttle.

Competing bikes will be on display at the Full Throttle 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Horse Backstreet Choppers Bike Show is sponsored by Evil Engineering, LLC, Stevenson's Cycles, Jammer Cycle Products, Baker Drivetrain, and Fabricator Kevin's.
